Hello. Welcome to online booking. To book your appointment successfully online please follow the guidelines below:-

If you are booking your first colour appointment with The Hair Company and you are making a booking for a full head colour or retouch of colour (colour on the scalp both semi permanent and permanent) you will need to call into the salon 48 hours before your appointment for a skin test before you have the treatment. The skin test takes only a minute to do and will ensure that you do not have an allergic reaction to the colour system we use.

Specialist appointments such as Bridal hair, colour correction and hair extensions cannot be made through the online booking system as a consultation would be required for these services to take place.

If you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice you may be charged.

All prices are for guidance only. You will be charged for the services you receive, which may differ from the services you have booked. For a quotation please call the salon to arrange a thorough consultation which is free of charge.

If we feel that appointments made through the online booking system need to be altered due to styling requirements we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the alterations.
